Once it's on DVD you can rip the mpeg out onto a PC for uploading. I was at the Super Wal-Mart and they had these things on sale for $99. Unbelievable how cheap these things have become, the one I bought last Christmas cost me $150 and at the time it was a great deal (Black Friday door-buster special at Circuit City) You should get one of those dual-deck recorders, that can transfer in either direction (VHS-to-DVD or DVD-to-VHS).
